OUR COUNTRY

We are Pakistani and Pakistan is our country. We are proud of being Pakistanis. We love our country very much. We are always ready to sacrifice our lives for our country.
Pakistan means the land of Paks. Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was the founder of Pakistan. His tomb in the heart of Karachi. Pakistan has four provinces; Sindh, Bluchistan, N.W.F.P and Punjab. Islamabad is the capital of Pakistan. Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta and Hyderabad are the important cities of our country. There are the snow-capped mountains with their silvery water falls and cool lakes in the north. The central of the fertiie green plains of the Punjab and Sind.
Cotton is called the silver fibre of Pakistan. We export a large amount of cotton to other countries. We are Muslims and Pakistan is the fort of Islam.
